2. Program Description

This SMS program allows you to receive occasional messages from GrandStone Luxury Builders regarding our premium roof rejuvenation services. Message types may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service updates and follow-ups
Promotional offers and special deals (marketing messages)
Customer care responses

We operate a Low Volume Mixed SMS program and will only send messages to individuals who have provided explicit prior consent.

3. Message Frequency

Messages are sent on a low-volume / occasional basis. You will not receive more than 4–6 messages per month under normal circumstances.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on rates and any charges associated with receiving text messages.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

You can unsubscribe from our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply with STOP to any message we send you.

Once you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and remove your number from our SMS list. You will no longer receive any further messages from GrandStone Luxury Builders.

Note: Replying STOP will end all message types (informational and promotional).

7. Additional Terms

We respect your privacy and do not sell or rent your phone number.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
These terms are subject to change. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
This program is operated in full compliance with TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and applicable laws.
